Primary Responsibilities

 

Lead Master Data Governance team to analyze, define, document and communicate requirements for data, workflow and logical processes ensuring adherence to Data Governance Standards. Gather information about Employee master data objectives, functions, features and input/output requirements to design application systems. Lead the Employee Master Data Governance team to support Employee creation, updates and use. Establish audit procedures, ensure continued integrity of systems and assist in post-implementation continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.

 

Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 5 years' related experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP Employee Central data processes is preferred.
