Employee Development Analyst
**Responsibilities** **SUMMARY** Oversees the Procedures Publishing Authorization Submission System and administration of Learning Management system. Presents training on systems and other topics through in person training or other modalities. Provides procedure, forms, and internal resource document support to Advancial departments and branches, consults and collaborates on system(s) changes and departmental procedures, edits and writes various training (technical and soft skills) procedures in a consistent and clear manner. Communicates and consults effectively with procedure owners, including AVP and VP level management. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assign. Oversees and administrates the Publishing Authorization Submission System (PASS) Procedure system with continual improvement in efficiencies and workflows. Creates, maintains, analyzes, develops and edits organization procedures and forms for clarity and consistency meeting targeted deadlines. Produces end of year reporting and continual improvement plans. Oversees intranet content to ensure internal resources (such as, but not limited to, job aids, News You Can Use, and department resources) are up-to-date, accessible, and the site maintains a well-organized layout. Collaborates with key stakeholders regarding new and existing forms and procedures to ensure that they are clear, consistent and meet formatting guidelines. Evaluates, identifies and understands GAPs and results needed for the departments’, organization’s and systems’ procedures. Ensures learning procedures support core strategies, sales skills and product knowledge while using adult learning theories. Performs research and assists with testing new or updated programming which aligns with testing the procedures. Tests current procedures for quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA), works with subject matter experts to update procedures as required. Works with procedure owners, including AVP and VP level management, to ensure procedures are updated and new versions are uploaded to the Anet database in a timely manner of the procedure’s review date. Communicates and consults effectively and appropriately via written and verbal communication at all levels of the organization. Serves as a subject matter expert on Advancial’s intranet & PASS with a focus on procedures, forms and products and services. Works with departments to ensure the intranet is an easy-to-use resource for employees to find necessary information. Serves as a subject matter expert within the LMS. Leads the development of custom reports, administration workflows, system updates from vendor, and e-learning courses within the learning management system, updating the training website and other administrative and reporting duties related to training. Maintains and trains users on scheduling and maintaining classes, employee training records and consistency in addition to reporting and management dashboard requests within the LMS. Continues to create and design LMS improvements that lead to more workflow efficiencies and better employee adoption of content within the system. Develops training communications associated with procedures, forms, products, services and procedures which enhance staff’s ability to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Keeps informed, studies and develops skill in use of current and emerging training procedure techniques within the training and credit union industry. Maintains a positive and caring atmosphere for members and employees consistent with the Credit Union's mission, philosophy, values and service standards. Promotes respect and harmonious relations among employees and with departments throughout the organization. Two years of systems administration experience is required. MOUS certification, editing experience, and one year of related experience with a financial institution are preferred but not required. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Word, Excel, Symitar, Anet, etc. Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Highly analytical with a sense of business curiosity. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively Maintains working knowledge of key core systems: Cornerstone, Symitar, MS Office, Proprietary systems such as MMC, Anet, PASS, Home banking Support This is a hybrid position located in Dallas, TX. The employee will be required to work at the corporate office a minimum of two days a week and remote three days a week.
