About the role:  

The Employee Dining Attendant is part of the Culinary team and ensures that the Employee Dining Outlet has an adequate supply of clean dishes and silverware and also keeps the kitchen and the “heart of the house” clean and safe. As a n Employee Dining Attendnat you are required to have the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position which includes, but is not limited to; serving meals, lifting heavy items, carrying fully loaded trays, walking, standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, operating industrial equipment, pushing and pulling. This person should be able to respond to all interactions efficiently and professionally.

What you will do: 

The ability to keep the Employee Dining outlet clean and well-maintained at all timesThe ability to serve meals and assist at the beverage station where necessaryAssist team of employee dining cooks to prepare meals where necessaryThe ability to cover large areas of the resort, picking up and clearing trash and debris.The ability to perform deep cleaning of areas as assigned.The ability to clean kitchens, including vents, fryers, and grill areas.The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.The ability to properly handle the dishwashing machine including turning on and off, de-liming, changing water and adding chemicals.The ability to safely handle chemicals and keep them stored properlyThe ability to complete assignments as part of the job function

What you bring: 

One to two years’ previous experience in Food and Beverage; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset  Strong communication skills Warm and engaging personalityFood Handler's Permit

Schedule & Hours:

•    Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work morning, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
