P&G Plant HR department in Novomoskovsk is seeking an active, creative, and goal-oriented employee to join our team for the implementation and execution of employee engagement strategies, assessing the current engagement level, and promoting a positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizing of full-cycle events for employee engagement (quarterly and annual meetings/ celebrations/charitable and corporate activities/events, and initiatives within the internal plant calendar)

Preparing regular reports and communications regarding engagement plans

Leading the plant initiative team (organizing meetings, developing work plans, executing initiatives)

Analyzing the annual employee survey results and preparing a work plan based on the survey results.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary starting from 90 000 RUB gross

Relocation and housing support (16 000 RUB gross/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

Higher education

Relevant work experience of at least 1 year; experience in organizing large-scale events

Pre-intermediate English level or higher

Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Strong oral and written communication skills
