We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities Develop Employee Engagement Strategies: Design, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and empowerment. Employee Feedback and Surveys: Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to gather feedback and insights from employees. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communication and Relationship Building: Foster open communication channels between employees and management. Build strong relationships with team members to understand their needs and concerns. Recognition and Rewards Programs: Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions. Training and Development: Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees. Assist in the design and delivery of relevant training programs. Work-Life Balance Initiatives: Implement initiatives to promote work-life balance and employee well-being, such as flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and social events. Conflict Resolution: Provide support and guidance to employees and managers in resolving conflicts and addressing workplace issues in a fair and constructive manner. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and organizational culture. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our employee engagement strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related field. Strong understanding of employee motivation, organizational behavior, and change management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Google Suite applications. Certification in Employee Engagement or related field is a plus. Must be amenable to work onsite in Davao during the night shift.
