A BRIEF OVERVIEW
Responsible for developing and executing the Hypercare Process for assigned sites and/or Special Projects, working with the site leaders to guarantee a successful execution of Hypercare Process & KPI’s.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Identifies process improvement opportunities to drive Employee Engagement and Retention on all assigned sites or projects. Partners with Operations and Functional Department Leaders to identify process gaps, root causes, and other factors that might impact our employees’ experience. Works with CARE Committees to execute Hypercare Process on all assigned sites or Special Projects: Capture, Analyze, Remediate & Evolve. Creates and updates actions in the Strategic Action Plan Tracker, follow up with the owners, documents findings, and performs regular audits to ensure execution. Partners with leaders to perform focus groups as needed, drives Hypercare KPIs performance from assigned sites or Special Projects and presents results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by management.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!
Proven experience establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with clients and upper management. Experience executing improvement plans is a plus. Strong organizational and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written), required. Upper- Intermediate English level (B2 in CEFR). Work at Home & on-site capability required. No restrictions having rotative schedules.Candidates are subject to drug test.
