You will focus on enhancing learning and development experiences, driving employee engagement programs and facilitating growth opportunities. Additionally, you will manage employee feedback systems and engage in activities that support the overall employee lifecycle.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Enhance learner’s knowledge of key topics through facilitation of professional and leadership development course content. Evaluate Learning & Development programs continually and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure they remain best-in class, leveraging innovative approaches and staying current with evolving technologies. Provide subject matter expertise within the learning management system Deploy the Emerson performance management process, promoting available tools and communications Support the Emerson employee listening program, providing training, trend analysis and support of action plans Develop and execute on project plans for programs such as the employee engagement survey, advanced leadership programs, onboarding and annual scholarship process Advance the company’s DEI Framework, driving action through DEI Dashboards, analysis and meaningful insights used for decision making Support and consult on employee communications including all employee meetings Oversee global compliance activities such as ethics log, ethics training & annual conflict of interest questionnaire

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree required Four (4) or more years related of experience required Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Proficiency in using and managing LMS platforms to deliver training programs. Experience in administering, debriefing, and leading training sessions using behavioral and psychometric assessment tools such as Insights Discovery Experience facilitating L&D programs with leadership groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Teams

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $81,000-$93,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
