Employee Engagement Specialist (Hybrid, Night Shift)

Acquire BPO is currently looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to support us, RingCentral:  

The Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for assisting organizational efforts to create a work environment where employees are fully involved in and enthusiastic about their work and where they consistently act in a way that furthers RingCentral’s interests. This role will create opportunities for all departments and members of the RingCentral organization to become instrumental in promoting and sustaining a great work environment through programs, events, activities, charitable involvement, and enhanced personal engagement. This is expected to lead to a heightened level of ownership where each employee wants to do whatever they can for the benefit of their internal customers, external customers, and for the success of RingCentral as a whole.    

 

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in: 

Supporting the Employee Engagement Team in its overall goals and initiatives. 

Full cycle event planning and program administration of employee engagement programs, executive and companywide meetings, and training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, booking meeting rooms & equipment, ordering catering, contract negotiation, etc.  

Managing employee recognition programs.  

Facilitating new hire orientation, focus group discussions, and other relevant conversations to support data gathering, information, and awareness objectives. 

Planning and co-creating event or campaign marketing strategies & materials in partnership with our Creative Communications team.

Presenting proposals and reports to stakeholders at the local and global levels. 

Ensuring data planning, tracking, and reporting. 

Attending to proposal queries, supplier clarification of specs, and assisting in the screening of appropriate vendors. 

Creating and managing vehicles for feedback on engagement, satisfaction, training, and recognition activities and programs, and being able to demonstrate and speak to impact.  

Managing and maintaining a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement, satisfaction, training, and recognition activities. 

Managing vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and invoices and ensuring vendors are paid on time.  

Performing other engagement-related administrative tasks.

Desired Qualifications: 

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. 

Has a good background in facilitating learning sessions, workshops, and training.  

High level of multi-tasking and organizational skills is needed 

Pro-active, good strategy management, and can put ideas together in a creative and professional manner 

Ability to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders to assess the viability, interest in, and impact of potential programs

Creative, energetic, and fun 

Ability to work independently 

Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills 

Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills 

Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint    

Willingness to render OT and to work long hours.  

At least 1 year of related work experience in marketing, event conceptualization, and management is a MUST. 

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 

Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao areas.

Willing to work on a flexible schedule: 11PM - 8AM, 3AM - 12NN, 5AM - 2PM (Manila Time)

Willing to travel
