We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. As we scale, you’ll play a crucial role in both managing day-to-day office operations and supporting key HR functions. You will be the driving force behind seamless office operations, creating positive, white-glove experiences for employees, customers, and visitors alike. In addition, you’ll assist with People Team initiatives to help foster a positive company culture and support employees in doing their best work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple priorities with attention to detail. What you can expect to work on
Employee Experience & Culture Champion
Coordinate special company events to increase morale and ensure a positive employee experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate and prepare for customer meetings, internal onsite, or offsite events, ensuring all spaces, materials, and technology are planned accordingly. Working closely with the People Team to provide a seamless onboarding experience. Working diligently to create exceptional remote-work and in-office strategy and experiences for all Mark43 employees.Office Management & Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment, ensuring no detail goes unnoticed. Oversee office access for employees and visitors, including greeting guests and issuing employee badges. Extending thoughtful, white-glove service to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for employees, customers, and visitors from arrival to departure. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning services, snack providers, maintenance teams) to keep the office running seamlessly. Stock and organize office supplies, snacks, and beverages. Manage food orders for team breakfasts, lunches, and events. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring smooth delivery, distribution, and pickup. Troubleshoot office-related challenges proactively and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with the VP of People on the remodeling and optimization of the NYC office.Administrative
Collecting all required new hire paperwork utilizing our HRIS platform. Processing employment verifications for employees. Providing information for general employee questions on benefits, policies, operations, or facilities, and referring them to appropriate team members as needed. Assisting the People Team in maintaining accurate employee records and conducting periodic audits. Complete other tasks and duties to support the People Team as needed.What we expect from you
This is an in-office position based in NYC, with a standard Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM work schedule. Hours may vary slightly based on team on-site events. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources, office management, hospitality, event planning, or a similar administrative role, ideally with a focus on customer-facing experiences. Interest in human resources/people operations is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft 365 A personable and empathetic attitude, with an ability to make people feel valued and welcomed in any situation. A self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. An open-minded approach and willingness to learn, contribute, and build People Operations systems and best practices. Strong sense of accountability for your work. Strong research skills to source information and solve problems effectively. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary of $60,000, plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off.
