We are seeking a **Temporary Employee Experience Coordinator** (Junior HR Generalist) to join our team in Alberta for a **5-month assignment** .
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you play a key role in facilitating a positive, consistent employee experience within WSP throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will demonstrate an understanding of WSP’s People & Culture strategy and enablers, with a focus on integrating the talent strategy, including supporting our broader redeployment strategy, to drive a high-performance and thriving diverse culture. By effectively engaging in employee relations matters, you’ll be ensuring WSP remains and attractive employer, and maintaining strong engagement levels with staff.

**What you can expect from this role:**
+ **Employee & Manager Inquiries:** Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions, addressing general inquiries and escalating complex cases to Employee Experience Advisors or other HR teams as needed.
+ **Onboarding & Offboarding:** Facilitate onboarding to ensure new employees feel engaged, valued, and informed during their first weeks at WSP.
+ **Leaves of Absence:** Guide managers and employees through the process of starting and returning from leaves of absence.
+ **Reporting & Analytics:** Provide operational managers with analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within their business groups.
+ **Domestic Transfers:** Collaborate with the Global Mobility team and operational leaders to support domestic relocation and transfers, aligning with talent strategy.

**What you’ll bring to WSP:**
+ 1–3 years of experience in an HR coordinator role or 'administrative experience in an HR setting
+ Certificate or diploma in Human Resources
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ A proactive, hands-on approach that is people-focused and enthusiastic
+ Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs
+ Excellent communication skills, including listening, interpersonal, written, and oral skills
+ Experience with Oracle (an asset)
