WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a 13 month, four days/week fixed term contract position as an Employee Experience Specialist (February 2025-March 2026). You will operate within the People team out of our London office but work cross-functionally to engage an array of stakeholders and teams, including Workplace Experience, Talent Acquisition, Regional GMs, IT, Communications, Employer Brand and Marketing. 

Reporting to the Director, People (EMEA Region), you will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives aligned with our employer brand and core values to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and advocacy across the EMEA region. 

You’ll create meaningful moments that resonate with employees, cultivating a strong sense of community. You’ll be our go-to culture champion in the region, from organizing impactful events to delivering culture-forward activities and programs - this role is all about crafting an exceptional employee experience that shapes an inclusive and exciting workplace culture. 

Note: This is a hybrid position (2 days/week in London office) 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program activities that build a sense of community in-office and remotely across EMEA (London, Bucharest, Berlin and Paris). Activate our employee experience strategy by bringing to life internal office events and programming that boost engagement and promote inclusivity such as; monthly socials, employee wellness activations, end-of-quarter celebrations, volunteering initiatives and all-hands meetings Plan and execute our Tier 1 off-site events, including the annual Anniversary Party and Holiday Party, ensuring memorable and high-quality experiences for employees. Provide ongoing support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across the region, helping them achieve their goals and successfully deliver impactful community events. Enhance and execute our employee recognition and appreciation programs. Regularly monitor employee engagement and work with regional General Managers across EMEA through surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels, using insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the employee experience. Work closely with the wider Global Employee Experience (EEX) and Workplace Experience teams to ensure consistent experience and event delivery across all Braze offices

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

Recommended 2-4 years of relevant experience (event coordination, employee engagement and culture, reward and recognition programming). Experience working within a People team and/or a high-growth SaaS/Technology company is a plus. The ability to organize and juggle multiple, demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects A strong creative flair - you thrive on developing experiential concepts, designing visually impactful events, and thinking outside the box to deliver memorable experiences. A natural connector with a genuine passion for building relationships, you excel at engaging with diverse groups and creating a positive, inclusive environment A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Well developed interpersonal and communication skills that foster long-term stakeholder relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally Critical thinking skills that enable problem solving within a collaborative work environment The ability to travel to other global offices as needed WHAT WE OFFER   Details of these benefits plan will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
