Boeing is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist, based in our Brisbane office.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager Employee Experience, this role works closely with business leaders, HR Generalists, and Centers of Excellence. With a strong focus on Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and overall employee experience, you will create, embed and support a broad range of large-scale organizational initiatives that cut across multiple business units & programs that grow leadership capability and employee engagement to support a high-performance culture. Your excellent stakeholder support and influencing skills at all levels combined with flexibility to be proactive in a changing environment will bring you great success in this role.

KeyResponsibilities:

Contribute to D&I strategy, design and implement relevant initiatives and programs of work to meet strategic goalsIdentify fit for purpose culture and leadership development solutions using a range of tools including leading the design and facilitating in-house culture development and team building workshopsWork with HR Business Partners and leaders to facilitate programs and activities to nurture culture and build high performance within teamsContribute to enhancing employee experience, gather insights, identify gaps and recommend solutions to address strategic and operational issuesLead and report on D&I programs and initiatives and prepare annual progress reports, including WGEA reportingMaintain up to date knowledge of regulations and best practice in diversity and inclusionContribute to the continuous improvement of D&I and other relevant policies and proceduresSupport the design and delivery of a range of HR projects and initiatives

Education

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources or equivalent is preferred, but not essential

Experience

Minimum of 10 years' experience in an HR Generalist role plus significant experience delivering diversity, inclusion and culture programs in a similar roleDemonstrated experience developing, coordinating and facilitating HR and organizational development programs and activities to meet business goals and strategyProven experience in analyzing data and using insights to develop comprehensive recommendations for D&I and organizational culture improvement Experience with assessment, development and coaching, using certified methodology and tools would be beneficial (ie LSI, TMS, DISC) but Boeing can support your growth in these areas tooConfidence in creating and facilitating workshops and learning programs at all levels across the organisationThe ability to influence through written and spoken words
