Advocate for Conagra's safety and quality program.
Communicate any potential line concerns for safety, efficiency or risk promptly
Track and educate on the why behind safety programs and metrics
Participate in incident and accident investigations and provide guidance to leadership during the process
Understand and train on root cause analysis
Manage compliance needs for the department and support audits
Train others on safety and environmental best practices
You Have:High school diploma or GED
Knowledge of OSHA standards
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Package
Skill to organize multiple tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, stand and walk for up to 12 hours
Proficient in written and verbal English and Spanish
