Applicants must be within driving distance to one of the MMA Southeast office locations and able to commute to various offices as needed.
A day in the life.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:
Conduct monthly compliance audits to ensure adherence to MMA Service Standards and Best Practices at the client service level.Assist in implementing activities that promote re-training and continuous learning and development among the EH&B account management teams.Track and report on key performance metrics related to compliance and service quality, providing insights for continuous improvement initiatives.Support EH&B Operations and internal workgroups in preparing for new agency management system implementation to ensure a successful transition and integration.Assist EH&B Operations with corporate and operational initiatives, including onboarding for company acquisitions and providing support for EH&B Shared Services.Under the guidance of the EH&B Operations Consultant, collaborate to facilitate training for colleagues on compliance issues identified through reporting metrics and ensure adherence to best practices.Our future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
7+ years of work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position, including experience with employee health & benefits.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.Proficient in Smartsheet project management; solid knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles is a plus.Acute attention to detail and a high level of organization.Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are highly desired.Proven track record of effective teamwork, customer service orientation, intellectual curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and innovation.Licenses, Certification, and/or Registrations:
