Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health Central Coast health care philosophy the Employee Health Coordinator will manage all employee health activities to assure optimum health for our employees. These activities include and are not limited to the following: manages new hire process annual requirements vaccinations EH record maintenance and assists on an as-needed basis with workers compensation activities and preparation of reports. Provides care for adult employees (age 16 years or older). This position will report to the EH/WC Superviosr.

Qualifications
Minimum of three years clinical ER or occupational health experience in an acute care facility. Prefer evidence and/or experience in Infection Control & Workers Compenation management. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to maintain excellent employee relations. Demonstrated skills in problem solving and sound decision making. Familiarity with OSHA and Title 22 requirements. Computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to operate various software programs including Google Suite and workers compensation/OSHA tracking programs. Current California RN license. Current Basic Life Saving Certificate
