Job Description
Develops, manages, and implements all employee health programs, providing comprehensive services that comply with regulatory requirements. Supports efforts to deliver safe care and services, promote employee wellness, and establish a safe working environment.Experience

Oversees Employee Health programs, policies, leaves of absence, and accommodations pertinent to eligibility, processing, and returning to work.Develops and manages department budget.Manages external vendor relationships and budgets.Develops, coordinates, and implements programs to enhance employee health and safety.Manages education, training, and operations of the Employee Health Clinic staff.Responsible for all aspects of managing and leading a team including interviewing, hiring, training, developing, directing work and processes, managing performance, recognizing, and rewarding employees.Serves on Infection Prevention Committee and others that address employee health issues.Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and informs system leaders.Complies with infection prevention, safety, and OSHA procedures and regulations.Works with Recruiting to coordinate pre-employment health screenings and annual physicals.Helps promote all annual employee health compliance requirements.Partners with Benefits to administer disability and workers' compensation.Manages accommodations in partnership with legal.Manages a return-to-work program.Oversees annual flu vaccine program.Maintains system wide compliance rates for all Employee Health requirements.Partners with Workers’ Compensation in coordination with TPA.Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship, age, veteran status, disability or any other characteristic covered by applicable law.
