Employee Health & Well-Being Coordinator
+ GENERAL DESCRIPTION + The Employee Health and Well-Being Coordinator is a registered nurse responsible for assessing the health status of employees, promoting good overall health and well-being, and identifying risks and hazards proactively to prevent workplace injuries. The Employee Health and Well-Being Coordinator will lead initiatives and programs to promote the physical and emotional health and safety of employees and promote support services available to employees, such as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). + EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS + + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa. + BLS certification required. + Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field preferred. + WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS + + Minimum of two years of practical nursing experience required; preferred in occupational health or clinic environment. + Must have the ability to demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude toward self and others. + Maintains commitment and enthusiasm to goal achievement. + Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Salary Range $31.65 - $44.31
