**Requirements:** + A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field + Experience working with Digital Employee Experience tools (nexthink, Workspace One, ControlUp, etc.) + Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets + Experience translating business requirements and processes into technical requirements + Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities + Strong customer service skills + Willingness to learn new skills and cutting-edge technologies on the fly + Ability to work projects independently + Experience with ServiceNow, writing reports and analyzing data + Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint administration experience preferred) The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
