As Employee Journey Expert you work in the Human Resources organisation in the Employee Experience & Operational Excellence-Team. In this role, you focus mainly on Operational Excellence, continuous improvement, project and incident management and root cause analysis.
The team
The team works closely with the Local and Global People Services, Center of Expertises, HRBP's, external suppliers and Centralised People Services in Katowice and Manila. The Employee Experience & Operational Excellence-Team works on predefined quality and quantity objectives, including improving the employee experience with continuous focus on (cost)effectiveness, quality, efficiency and speed. In addition, this team works on operational excellence and continuous improvement within People Services. This is done according to the change methodology PACE and the process improvement method Lean Six Sigma.
Roles and responsibilities
Under the guidance of the senior Employee Journey Expert, you will work on major change projects. To improve the Operational Excellence, you work a lot with teams within People Services (for example the Payroll OPS-Team). Change requests arise from both root cause analysis and input from the Payroll OPS-Team.
Projectmanagement:
Managing and coordinating small, less complex change projects and collaborating with the Employee Journey Expert V in the large and complex change projects.
Monitoring progress.
Continuously evaluate and schedule project plans to ensure a successful implementation of the project with the right result and the most impact.
Operational excellence and continuous improvement:
Identify, analyse and optimise operational processes to maximise efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction.
Constantly evaluate and improve operational processes to reduce waste, save costs and optimise operational performance.
Incident management with root cause analysis:
Effectively resolve incidents that occur during the operational processes.
Perform root cause analyses to identify and resolve root causes of incidents.
Implement measures to prevent recurrence of incidents and continuously improve operational processes.

You take an excellent employee experience as a starting point for everything you do
You have experience in leading and coordinating small, less complex change projects
You understand the impact of changes on the organisation, on processes and on practices and you can map this.
You are able to perform analyses and find the right underlying causes and determine solutions.
You have knowledge of and experience in applying the PACE change methodology, stakeholder management and project management so that you can guide and assist the organisation in successfully implementing changes.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
You have excellent data analytics skills
You think giving and receiving constructive feedback is an important prerequisite for working well with each other and becoming a good performing team.
You are keen on risk and fraud risks. This means that you identify risks of fraud and act on them by integrating mitigation measures in the change process. You actively contribute to the Risk/Compliance culture in the department.
You have a completed education at a minimum HBO level
You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
