What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviews
for appropriate managers, checking references and submitting background checks. Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations. Coordinates new employee orientation to review HR policies, and performs introductions to the community team
members, residents and family members.

Requirements

Prefer an Associate’s degree or higher 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience  Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
