EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE ASSOCIATE (FIXED-TERM) (Open to Fresh Graduates)
An Employee Life Cylce Associate will ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Targets.
Employee Life Cycle Associate is responsible for providing quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), namely:
Maintaining data in all system within the GBS scope Preparing documents and certifications Preparing reports Supporting communication within defined procedures Promoting my JTI deployment, providing support and advise to Requestors Propose SOP updates to accommodate system and process changes Assist in documenting new processes and updates existing ones if necessary Receiving telephony calls, as necessary
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
1.) Employee Lifecycle Support
Provide services according to the P&C Service Catalogue including:
2.) SOPs and related Documents Updates
ELC Associate updates the related working documents and procedures if case of changes.
3.) MyJTI support
ELC Associate provides advisory support to JTI community on how MyJTI should be used, and what is the most appropriate and efficient way to request necessary services from GBS. He/she captures user feedback and address it to MyJTI power users for further system improvements.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A Bachelor's Degree holder Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with hands on SAP HR experience Experience in an administrative role is a plus Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages would be an asset. Good knowledge of process Good understanding of Organizational Management principles is required SAP CRM knowledge is a plus Strong Customer Service Mindset Understanding cross-cultural sensitivity Excellent team player, open minded and flexible GBS related certification is a plus (Certified GBS Professionals Program, etc.) Working knowledge of winshuttle, photoshop/paint is a plus. Has basic MS Office skills
