                             Employee Lifecycle Specialist with Romanian language

 

About the position:

 

Ensure the efficient delivery of Employee LifeCycle services for the in-scope zones (1 large-sized market or 2 medium-sized markets minimum) to all stakeholders (entites, regions, employees) in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

Main areas of responsibility:
 

Ensure efficient delivery of services to all stakeholders from several markets in line with agreed Service Level Targets Provide quality and timely end-to-end service addressing employee needs across all P&C areas in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure Maintain employee lifecycle events according to the corporate and local guidelines in SAP HR, benefits and other in scope systems  Identify areas for process improvements and standardization Capture and document new procedures, provide process improvements ideas

You as a professional:  

 

1 - 2 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role SAP HR knowledge is a must Profound knowledge of HR Administration, Organizational Management processes Fluent written and spoken English Strong Customer Service Mindset; excellent team player, open minded and flexible approach.
