The Opportunity
The Employee Lifecycle Management team at Roche is dedicated to providing exemplary HR lifecycle support, advising HR and business partners on global HR systems and processes, and ensuring seamless, customer-focused HR service delivery. This role is essential in executing HR system data maintenance and supporting HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, employee movements, and terminations.
Service Delivery:
Execute HR system data maintenance and administrative tasks.
Provide stellar customer service for HR-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Support Global HR Centers of Excellence in system maintenance.
Advise HR and business partners on global HR processes.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and update relevant documentation.
Participate in projects and maintain compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong relationships within the HR Support Solutions network and collaborate globally.
Drive global consistency through teamwork and communication with peers and stakeholders.
Outputs & Deliverables:
Continuously improve the Shared Service Centre's performance.
Achieve high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
Provide feedback and coaching within HR and business contacts.
Who you are
Advanced French & English speaker, both written and spoken.
Experience in a shared service center and HR services, with knowledge of Workday HR processes and complex HR data structures.
Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization and work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience in handling employee data, recent or previous reporting, and proficiency with standard IT applications, preferably Google Suite.
