Employee Listening Program Manager

In this role you will be responsible for managing our growing employee listening program, keeping a constant pulse on what our people want, feel, and do and providing actionable insights. You will partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise to deliver on regular and ad hoc listening needs, understand how to measure what matters and turn data into meaningful action. The ideal candidate will have a fundamental technical background, strong project management skills, customer orientation and requisite HR experience. Expertise in qualitative research methodology, data management, metrics and reporting, data analytics, data visualization and story-telling are all critical for success in this role.  Strong technology experience with exposure to expanding and/or transitioning listening program vendors is a plus.

As the Employee Listening Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:

Managing our enterprise workforce lifecycle surveys (e.g., onboarding, engagement, termination), including communications, survey and report design, administration, quality assurance, results analysis and insights preparation for the company, major business units and other key stakeholdersSupporting other voice of customer needs, including methodology design and development, administration, analysis and action planning, as appropriatePreparing integrated sentiment and HRIS datasets and supporting custom analytics projects to address specific, high-priority business needsIntegrating and visualizing sentiment data in user-friendly reports and dashboards to enhance insightsServing as a subject-matter expert for all employee listening activities across the enterpriseWorking collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including HR, IT, Communications and the business to deploy best in class employee listening solutionsEnsuring all appropriate data privacy, security, and controls requirements are incorporated into employee listening processesStaying current on industry trends and best practices in employee listening to continuously improve our programs and initiatives

To be considered for this opportunity, an Advanced Degree (Masters, PhD) in an applied social science (e.g., Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior) or related quantitative field is preferred with proven experience in designing, executing and managing employee listening programs and working with integrated sentiment and HR data to generate critical insights for leaders and decision-makers (ideally including working with big data, global data, Business data, labor market data and third-party data). This includes understanding requirements for data collection, organization and quality assurance for the purposes of building statistical analysis and sustainable reporting. Proficiency in survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint), statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is required. Experience with global HR technology systems and human capital platforms (e.g., Workday) is also preferred.
