In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking an Employee Relations (ER) Consultant to bring fresh insights and expertise to our People department. **Role Overview** With an overarching goal to provide professional, comprehensive, business focused and timely ER advice to key stakeholders in the business, this role at Carnival UK takes ownership over a high volume of complex caseloads, supporting and coaching managers, both within the shore-based and fleet teams, balancing risk to the business with proposed solutions. Key accountabilities include: + Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice to ensure compliance and fairness + Investigating and resolving complex employee relations issues, including disputes, grievances and disciplinary matters **You will need:** + A sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation + A CIPD level 5 qualification or comprehensive ER experience + To demonstrate creative problem solving; comfortable and effective at negotiating and influencing and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to quickly build rapport and profile within the business as a trusted ER expert This role is a CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis.
