Pay Rate: $32/hr
Schedule: Hybrid - 8am-5pm (M-F)

We're seeking a dynamic Employee Relations HR Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. This role directly supports the business by managing employee relations and safety matters, and ensuring our operations are compliant with employment laws. You’ll be the key bridge between employees and management, resolving issues efficiently while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities: Be the Voice of Employee Relations: Facilitate communication between employees and management, resolving employee relations matters and safety concerns. Lead Safety Case Investigations: Manage safety-related employee incidents, from investigation to corrective action, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Drive Safety Compliance: Advise and guide management on safety policies, ensuring that all team members follow regulations. Support HR Team: Mentor and train HR staff on best practices in employee relations, especially regarding safety matters. Analyze and Improve: Identify patterns in safety issues and propose proactive solutions to enhance the work environment. Ensure Legal Compliance: Keep up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws, and ensure company practices align with regulations.  
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred). 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination (preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).  
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in employee relations, safety case management, or related fields. HR certification or ongoing HR-related coursework.

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
