In this senior strategic role, you will have ownership for ensuring that our relationship with our employees and works council in Germany are respectful, constructive, and rewarding.
You will be providing guidance to senior leadership team when developing and implementing a constructive and detailed framework for our employees to foster a positive and engaging relationship. You will partner with key stakeholders that include senior HR leadership, the legal department, PR and Internal Comms. Your expertise in German labor laws and labor relations framework and practices, combined with strong communications and negation skills, will be instrumental.
