Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.10 years of experience in HR management or related roles.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Must be driven with a willingness to be hands on.Multi-State Operations experience.
Specific Experience in the below areas is a plus:California employment laws and practices. Mergers & Acquisitions.Paylocity and ADP systems.
