We are seeking an Employee Relations Operations Specialist to support our HR team during a critical transition period. This role is essential in managing HR system operations, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth employee transitions as we integrate new contracts.

As the Employee Relations Operations Specialist, you will be stepping in to provide hands-on support for employee data processing, UKG system administration, and general HR operational tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage employee records within UKG
Capture incumbent employee data and onboard 60-100 new hires starting April 1st
Process employee profiles, push applications through UKG, and ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly
Assist with I-9 verification and compliance processes
Support employees with HR-related questions, troubleshooting issues related to benefits, payroll, and system access (not a benefits-specific role)
Provide employee management support for a newly acquired site, addressing their HR needs and concerns
Work closely with the HR team to streamline and execute employee onboarding and HR documentation processing
