The right candidate will provide assistance to the Employee Relations Manager as they support corporate, regions, and divisions regarding all employee relations issues with the goal of managing the relationship between the company and employees.

Assist with producing well-written documentation, including clear and concise investigation talking points, memos, executive updates, and disciplinary actionDraft, review, and edit a variety of employee relations documents and correspondenceShadow Employee Relations Managers in complex situations, identifying options, and determining the appropriate course of actionAssist with conducting timely, thoughtful and thorough investigations by taking notes, setting calls, gathering and organizing documentationAssist with responding to employee issues/concerns regarding policies and disciplinary actions and provide feedback to managers to ensure appropriate action is takenParticipate in ensuring consistency in the interpretation and application of HR policies and practices across the organizationUnderstand, practice, and promote the culture of Corporate HRLearn how to develop systems and documents including checklists, reference guides, and sample letters for common employee relations issuesPerform supportive administrative duties to the Employee Relations departmentConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnightD.R.
