Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive with 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays & a generous pension contribution
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do:
The purpose of your role is to provide timely, practical, and proactive employee relations support and advice to the UK Retail Management teams.Partner with key stakeholders to support on ER related concerns within a defined geography to deliver great outcomes and bring matters to a resolution.Be a trusted advisor, subject matter expert and coach managers on all ER matters so we are best able to support our colleagues and the business.Proactively keep up to date with all legislative changes which may impact the business and be proactive in implementing these changes.Be at the forefront of any ‘people’ related projects, such as any Organisational Design or change management to ensure we are compliant and provide great support to our colleaguesSupport on the management of any Employment Tribunals and Acas Early Conciliation claims.
What you’ll bring:
Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:Strong and demonstrable experience in Employee Relations in a fast moving, multi-site organisation; including practical experience in managing day to day ER cases and change management projects.Proven ability in handling sensitive matters whilst ensuring all information remains confidential to the business.Be a collaborative partner, demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to push back with professionalism.Be a great communicator (both written and oral) with the ability to coach and influence and support, having the respect of our Retail teams.Work well under pressure, be resilient, prioritise and meet deadlines.
