Employee Relations Specialist Project based
Handles and completes the end-to-end process of the administrative disciplinary cases/actions. Prepares and submits ABU-NABU Case Summary Report Helps and ensures achievement of ER Sections objectives on a monthly basis. Attends, monitors and ensures timely response and closure of all employee concerns. Attends grievance meetings/conferences and prepares the corresponding minutes of the meeting Attends to all union and employee concerns and relays the same to the HR Manager. Assists in ensuring that all ISO-related requirements are updated and complied with Monitors status and ensures completion of all Admin Cases Assists the ER Supervisor in the preparation and submission of the necessary reports. Assists the ER Supervisor in the review of the corresponding Disciplinary Actions Attends SENA, administrative hearings at DOLE, NLRC and other judicial courts once assigned. Consults and obtains the legal teams advice, comments on the cases at hand. Secures legal teams approval specially in cases meriting employee dismissal. Holds deliberation meetings with the concerned department as need arises. Maintains confidentiality of the employees personnel information and administrative cases. Assists the HRD team in the conceptualization, preparation, implementation and evaluation of Corporate events. Performs all other task that may be assigned from time to time.
