Employee Relations Supervisor
Ensuring the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives. Serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Handles the same in compliance with company policies and Philippine Labor Law; prepares necessary correspondences. Partners with stakeholders and HR Team in developing and implementing Employee Relations best practices and programs. Attends and represents the company in NLRC/DOLE conferences Coordinates with corporate legal counsels in the light of administrative cases. Facilitates counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders Investigates and resolves complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Collates and analyzes employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revises people programs and/or policies to generate more positive outcome. Conducts sessions to equip line leaders in handling conflicts, employee grievances, and promote supportive workplace culture. Participates in and/or leads projects focused on continuous improvement. Ensures that company's policies are kept up to date and in line with industry best practices. Discuss issues, concerns, and relations matters with HR Head and/or senior management personnel. Explains and provides advice to leaders and workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance. Attends conferences and meetings, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties Prepares necessary reports and/or documentation requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality. Documents and processes attendance-related notices. Enrolls separated employees in DOLE’s Termination Report System. Prepares regular reports on employee relations issues, trends, and resolutions for senior management.
