Employee Relocation Coordinator
OVERVIEW Provide essential project management support to the Employee Relocation team and assist employees with their relocation needs. Coordinate logistics, manage documentation, and ensure services provided to employees are handled efficiently and professionally. Oversee employee payments and reimbursements processes. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Communicate with employees, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of relocation services. 2. Negotiate of terms and conditions with extended housing vendors for temporary relocations; this includes pricing, cancellations, and service levels, to ensure favorable terms for the company and safe, comfortable accommodations for our employees. 3. Track terms and payments for all relocation incentives, reimbursements, and per diem payments based on individual relocation agreements. 4. Maintain accurate records of all relocations and provide regular reports on status and expenses. 5. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process, working with employees and vendors to find solutions. 6. Work closely with internal teams, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development, to align vendor services with company needs and objectives. 7. Travel to new / existing markets as necessary to educate employees on the company’s relocation programs. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required. Experience • Minimum 2 years administrative experience required. • Minimum 2 years project management experience required. • Prior experience working with relocation programs preferred. • Prior experience working with 3rd party relocation companies preferred. Licenses/Certifications • Global Mobility Certification (GMS) preferred Tools & Equipment • General Office Equipment
