Employee Restaurant Supervisor
DescriptionThe overall scope of the job is responsible for supervising all aspects of the staff
restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis. Also responsible for delegating
tasks to all the staff restaurant attendants and ensuring that the responsibilities are
completed in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities● To be responsible for supervising staff restaurant team.
● To deal promptly with minor incidents, eg cleaning up food spillages, keeping the
canteen area and furniture clean and free from debris.
● To assist the canteen staff, after lunch, with hygienically wiping all tables,
sweeping the canteen floor and spot cleaning any other surfaces.
● Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are always clean.
● To help pack away food deliveries and new equipment.
● Please note that this document is intellectual property owned by KISA/Soma bay
● Report non-working equipment and help maintain equipment.
● Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the staff restaurant.
● Assist in conducting the monthly inventory of operating supplies and equipment
together with the stewarding department / Cost Control.
● Monitor operating supplies, equipment and reduce spoilage and wastage
successfully.
● Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings and hotel
initiated trainings.
● Strict adherence to all hygiene requirements.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of
the business and of the hotel.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise3-5 years experience in a similar position or related toF&B
