Employee Service Delivery Analyst

Functions and Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain assigned caseload of medical leaves and accommodation cases, analyze requests to determine eligibility and entitlement, evaluate submitted medical documents in compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations, and track and code case information in accordance with internal workflow processes. Evaluate, research, and administer employee requests for workplace accommodations. Facilitates and participates in the interactive process to identify and assess options for providing reasonable accommodations and access to eligible employees and candidates in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other disability laws. Investigate all employee reports of workplace illness or injury, file Workers’ Compensation clams with the claim’s administration vendor, and manage any concurrent leave through closure. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries; communicate decisions and on-going expectations with employees, site management, Employee Experience Business Partners (HR). Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum of two (2) years of related or equivalent experience, including in a Human Resources (HR) Shared Services environment. Three (3) to five (5) years of related or equivalent experience preferred. Disability claims management and/or leave administration experience preferred.Working knowledge and understanding of US and Canadian leave laws including ADA, EEOC, FMLA, HIPAA, and other applicable legislation highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.Excellent oral and written communication.Above average analytical and interpretive skills.Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; ability to meet established deadlines.Clear and conceptual thinking ability.Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to maintain strict confidentiality.Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.Ability to work in a team environment.PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; large HRIS system (Oracle/EIS technology) experience preferred
