Employee Services - Data & Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager who will join our Global Employee Services Team.

You will focus on overseeing and managing data governance practices, ensuring the quality, security, and compliance of employee data. You will play a critical part in establishing and maintaining data stewardship policies, procedures, and best practices within the organization, contributing significantly to the establishment of a robust data governance framework. The role is pivotal in maintaining a high standard of data quality and governance across the organization.

supporting various Data Owners in establishing & maintaining the Data Dictionary/Guidelinesworking on simplification/standardization of HR datamonitoring data quality and consistency across platformsoverseeing reporting of settled KPIsbeing responsible for the design and quality of Share reportsensuring that we have the right data in the right place at the right timeleading global data audits (and supports local ones)analyzing performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories within Employee Services

 

We expect you to have: 

technical skills and understanding of BI tools (Power BI) and similarunderstanding of HR data and associated processes proven by examples experience in project and stakeholder managementability to navigate in a complex, matrixed organizationservice-oriented mindset and customer centricity ability to communicate analyses and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiencesunderstanding of HR data and associated processesfluency in English
