Employee Services Manager

The newly established role of Employee Services Manager is responsible for overseeing HR administration, benefits administration, leave management, and employee request management for Danone Thailand. This position ensures consistency and compliance across these services while continuously monitoring and improving process performance, quality, and efficiency.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the local teams in the execution of the following activities: HR Administration, Benefits administration, Foreigner Work Permit / Accommodation and Employee request managementEnsure monthly payroll data is updating in payroll systemEnsure the latest local regulations and statutory information is updated to payroll team.  Preparing the Exit, Transfer & Entry related letters  and contract to employeeGuide the team on employees queries as first level of contact pointEnsure that all expatriate work permit, accommodation are well managedSupports MBU or CBU teams with data that is required in relation to HR system.Drive the Transformation and Harmonization Process for India – South East AsiaManage the projects on direct interface payroll related data from success factor to payroll systemMonitor level of service quality and team performance for the activities in scope.Lead local ES efficiency projects with a continuous improvement approach.Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends on his/her domain to bring leading edge expertise, including on legal/compliance topics.Review the existing SOP and get the team to revise or develop SOP

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or any related filedStrong knowledge of HR administration such as insurance enrolment & leave management for ThailandExperience in Project / New System implementationExperience in streamlining the SOPExperience working in shared service centre will be an added advantageAble to interact with global/international stakeholders, written and verbal communication skills in Thai and EnglishHave knowledge and understanding country’s legislation on wages calculation, taxation, pension etc Knowledgeable on local statutory/legal legislation, payroll calculationsMultitasking, juggle different priorities/stakeholders, strong process control, meticulous, attention to details, good analytical and numerical skills
