Employee Services Project Manager

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 10,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + **Project Management** focused on acquisitions, mergers, greenfield, and disposal activity. Lead delivery of HR due diligence, TSA development and control, transition, and integrations through collaboration with functional HR leaders. + **Coordinate with Business Development and HR functions** to complete project due diligence, ensuring all aspects of the transaction are thoroughly vetted. + **Oversee and PM HR integration** of acquired companies, including managing workflows, establishing standards, and ensuring business continuity post-merger. + **Lead targeted cross-functional HR projects** ensuring alignment with NAM business goals, HR strategies, and initiatives. + **Monitor project progress** , manage budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + **Identify and mitigate project risks** to ensure successful outcomes. + **HR Executive Management support** , including partnership to develop and modify HR policies, assess and report HR metrics, coordinate cross-functional audits, and mitigate compliance risk. **What Are We Looking For** + Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. + Minimum 3+ years experience. + Excellent project management and organizational skills. + Ability to develop and implement effective HR compliance strategies. + Understanding of HR compliance and regulations. **Work Environment** + Fast-paced and dynamic work environment. + Collaborative team culture. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. **What We Offer** + Competitive base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan. + Highly competitive benefits programs. + 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. + Hybrid Schedule Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10003625 **Minimum Pay Rate:** 93,200.00 **Maximum Pay Rate:** 124,266.67
