Monitors and analyzes data to report out and provide BJC leadership with proactive consultation and recommendations. + Outreach with team members in assigned work areas through leadership, huddles, rounding, and staff meetings. Provide education about available resources in various venues, including presenting to larger groups of team members on topics that are relevant to identified needs, such as navigating resources, managing stressors, etc. + Builds relationships with agencies and resources in the community and build linkages to those resources for team members.
