Employee Transition Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Employee Transition Specialist to join our MyHR Team. In this critical role, you will oversee and coordinate employee separation and offboarding activities. Your primary focus will include providing dedicated support to employees and People Leaders, ensuring timely coordination, accurate data administration, and maintaining document retention to facilitate a smooth exit process while upholding compliance standards for Fortive.
In this role, you will be key in delivering an efficient, empathetic, and compliant offboarding process that reflects our commitment to both employees and the organization during a particularly sensitive time.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and administer employee separation activities, including severance calculations, preparing separation packages, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
+ Provide employees with all necessary documentation and act as point of contact for any inquiries or issue resolution throughout the separation and offboarding process with empathy and professionalism.
+ Ensure accurate and timely data administration related to employee separations, including updating HRIS systems, maintaining separation records, document retention, and coordinating final payments.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal counsel and payroll, to ensure separation administration and offboarding activities are coordinated efficiently and timely.
+ Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence with company policies and legal regulations during separation and offboarding processes.
+ Maintain separation documentation, including separation agreements, termination letters, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and harmonization, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to implement improvements, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall effectiveness in the separation and offboarding processes.
+ Develop and maintain standard work and guides related to the offboarding process.

Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Preferred but not always required)
+ 3-5 years of experience in a HR Operations role, preferably supporting separation activities
+ Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems
+ Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to separations and investigations.
+ Professional certification in HR or employee relations (e.g., Professional in Human Resources, Certified Employee Relations Professional) is a plus.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 56,900.00 - 105,700.00
