What will you be doing?
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Create and manage internal communication plans to ensure employees are informed and engaged (for example: coordinating townhalls, managing employee engagement survey).
Coordination of Townhall meetings and other internal communication initiatives.
Leading onboarding programme (leading meeting, supervising and creating onboarding materials).
Supporting engagement strategies by designed communication and managing employee engagement surveys.
Demonstrate empathy and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Act with courage, take ownership of work, and stand up for what you believe in.
Innovate and set new standards for employer branding and communication.
What we’re looking for?
Proven experience in employer branding, internal communication, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging content for various communication channels.
Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in organizing job fairs and university relations.
Experience in managing LinkedIn profiles and creating onboarding materials.
Experience in coordinating townhalls and managing employee engagement surveys.
Very good English language skills (receiving and preparing communication in English).
Relevant certifications in employer branding or communication are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
