Employer Branding and Communications Manager

Job Description The Employer Branding and HR Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive communication strategies that strengthen both internal and external branding. This role will also lead the development and optimization of communication channels, strategize and implement EVP activations, and oversee major HR campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage a team of communication professionals, track channel performance, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction across the organization.

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a strategic approach to communication channels, ensuring alignment with employer branding and HR objectives.Identify and introduce new channels that enhance audience engagement and reach.

Channel Utilization and Optimization:

Oversee the utilization of all communication channels to ensure optimal use and performance.Continuously refine strategies to improve the efficiency and impact of communication efforts across multiple platforms.

Channel Performance Management:

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication channels.Analyze data to drive performance improvements and ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).

Strengthen Internal and External Branding:

Lead initiatives to enhance both internal and external branding, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall EVP brand.Implement campaigns and initiatives that promote a strong employer brand to current employees and external talent.

EVP Activations Strategy and Implementation:

Develop and execute strategies for activating the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through various channels and platforms.Ensure EVP messaging is consistently communicated both internally and externally to enhance employee engagement and attract talent.

Major Campaign Strategy:

Design and execute large-scale campaigns in support of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement, recruitment, and retention.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader business objectives and goals.

Internal Client Satisfaction:

Serve as the key point of contact for internal clients, ensuring communication needs are met and exceeded.Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and leadership teams to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement of communication strategies.

Team Management and People Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and a high level of performance.Provide guidance and opportunities for growth and development to ensure the team reaches its full potential.
