Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Manager

Job Description We are seeking a strategic and creative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Manager to develop and execute a compelling employer brand that attracts, engages, and retains top talent. This role is critical in shaping our company's reputation as an employer of choice. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a deep understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital communication channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Communicate a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that resonates with target audiences: current and potential employees of Globe.

Collaborate with HR functional teams and develop employee programs that improves the employee experience and supports the employer brand in areas of Culture Building, Corporate Values, DEIB, Employee Well-being and Recognition.

Develop and execute engaging employer branding content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and email campaigns to attract top talent and build a strong employer reputation; Maintain the organization’s digital culture website.

Measure and analyze employer branding metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

Maintain or improve employee engagement scores in formal (employee surveys) and informal (job portal and employer review boards) channels

Maintain or improve rankings of Globe in top employers list.

Influence more employees, alumnus and interns to share their Globe Story whether by posting in their own social media accounts, by giving reviews in job portal and employer review boards, or by contributing content to official employee engagement and employee communication channels.

Improve the media mileage of employee programs in Globe especially those related to Culture, DEIB and Employee Well-being; Increase the number of newspaper and magazine articles about Globe as an employer.

Make Globe the most followed Filipino company in LinkedIn within five years.
