What You'll Do
You will join the HR department of BCG Milan office, operating within the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) geographical system. This role offers you a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in Talent Attraction and Employer Branding, playing a pivotal role in BCG's efforts to position itself as an employer of choice for top talents.
In this role, you will work with a collaborative, high-performing team passionate about fostering BCG’s brand within the business community. You will actively contribute to planning and executing employer branding initiatives, organizing on-campus and virtual events
As part of a structured and analytics-driven HR department, you will thrive in a fast-paced, complex business environment where your ability to stay organized, anticipate challenges, and deliver quality results will be essential.
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Organizing Employer Branding Events: Planning, coordinating, and executing both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-through;Problem Solving and Adaptability: Managing unexpected challenges by always having contingency plans and maintaining focus under pressure;Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with senior staff, external vendors, and internal teams to align on goals and maintain a collaborative work environment;Content Development: Preparing engaging materials for information sessions, case interview workshops, and other employer branding activities;Operational Support: Handling operational tasks for core HR processes with precision and efficiency;Data-Driven Insights: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of employer branding efforts and recommend improvements;Ensuring Clarity and Organization: Keeping a clear overview of tasks and deadlines, ensuring that all initiatives are executed smoothly and on time.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment;Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;Proactive and positive attitude;Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization, effectively managing stressful situations;Attention to detail and accuracy;Good organization and time management skills, with a strong orientation to high-quality results while managing multiple priorities;Good proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook;Who You'll Work With
