This role is pivotal in shaping our company's position as the employer of choice and driving talent acquisition, as well as maintaining internal communication and EVP internally. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will lead our employer brand story. You will translate our employer value proposition (EVP) into strategies, programs and communications that strengthen and refine our unique DNA, excite and attract current and future talent, enhance Verint Israel’s image as a top workplace, and reinforce our culture, our values, and the opportunities Verint offers. In Your role you will partner with the local HR team in Israel and our global corporate marketing team.
