We are looking for you, if you:

are proactive and want to expand the ING Hubs Poland employer brand with us,like creating engaging content in social media and internal communications,know, that creativity is your second name,are well-organized and manage to plan your work,have very good command of English (min. B2) and Polish (min. C1),have good skills in Ms Office,

English level - B2


You'll get extra points for:

interest and being active in social media,previous experience in an academic environment (student organizations),enjoy and take an active interest in Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion,monitor current market trends in the employee branding field.


Your responsibilities:

support in the organization of events such as: job fairs or conferences,co-organization of educational projects for students and graduates,creating internal communication content in the field of Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion,support in running social media channels,cooperation with external vendors,supporting the day-to-day tasks of the team.

We collaborate with various teams within the company as well as external entities to build employer brand awareness, engage employees, and foster an open and inclusive work environment.

We are seeking an ambitious intern who wants to join our team and contribute to innovative projects related to employer branding and diversity and inclusion promotion. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining valuable experience and developing skills in communication, project management, and diversity promotion.
