Employer Insurance Relationship Specialist
The Employer Insurance Relationship Specialist will be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with employers whose employees are enrolled in or targeted for enrollment in public benefit insurance assistance programs. Through these relationships, this individual will drive increased program enrollments and support client cost savings.Key Responsibilities: + Be the face of the program, both in person and virtual, for employers who have employees who have access to or may have access to employer sponsored health insurance. + Prepare and analyze complex reports/information of program metrics to increase program knowledge, recognize trends, make conclusions and identify and prioritize employers for outreach to increase program enrollments through direct in-person or phone outreach, process improvements within the operational area. + Work with employers to identify and understand employer pain points within the program enrollment and annual compliance processes and propose process improvements. + May perform data entry or other client related tasks in various systems, as required. + Identify and assist with development of support materials to provide to employers and their employees, such as program marketing flyers, training materials, and job aids. + Act as subject matter expert for employers, team members, peers and/or clients as assigned. + May act as an escalation point of contact for employers and client representatives. + Anticipate, identify, and assess issues/problems. Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution. Communicate changes to supervisor and assist other team leads with resolutions, as needed. + Provide trainings and seminars about the program to employers and their employees. + Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner + Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level + Ensure resolution of project issues, risks, and/or conflicts + Any other duties as assigned + Analyze existing processes end to end, perform gap analysis and recommend process redesign and or alternative solutions + Apply fundamental business principles in project environment to drive revenue growth, cost efficiency and competitive advantage ****Must be able to travel up to 30% within the state of Massachusetts Basic Qualifications + Minimum 3 years of commercial health insurance or Medicaid experience + Minimum 2 years’ experience presenting to audiences ranging from small teams to mid-sized groups + Minimum of 1 year of project management or leadership experience Preferred Qualifications + Experience creating process flow diagrams + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Microsoft Office.
