Employer Partnership Manager

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver on key employer partnerships at the Service System Manager (SSM) level, as the sole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs. You will work closely with our Service Providers, including Job Developers, to maximize service delivery and ensure employment outcomes for our job seekers. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Demonstrate full ownership of key employer partnerships through building and maintaining of relationships Sole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs, providing high-quality and tailored services including sourcing and vetting candidates within our Service Provider network Manage the co-ordination of a response to employer's requirements following identification and qualification of employer needs Maximize opportunities through generation of referrals and jobseeker submissions Work closely with internal stakeholders and Service Providers to optimize service delivery, including accurate use of internal system and including accurate recording of data Proactively seek ways to build on existing relationships and to create new opportunities  Manage relationships and drive new business opportunities for Fedcap via multi-media channels Develop an understanding of the local employability market including growth sectors and share knowledge and best practices with both internal and external stakeholders Deliver performance against agreed KPIs, Service Agreements and success factors Organize and lead on Recruitment events, including Employer Routeways, Assessment Centres and ad-hoc events Identify opportunities of potential employer partnerships Attend employer events and networking opportunities as a Fedcap representative. 

You’re a Great Fit for This Role If You Have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or experience Experience in Employment Services is desirable 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Sales background

Compensation: 

$65,000 - $95,000 (CAD)
