Location: Office-based role Macclesfield (SK11 6NG) Mon-Fri (9-5pm)
This role requires community outreach as well as some travel to the office in Crewe, therefore it is essential applicants have a driving license and access to their own vehicle.
What will you be doing?
Be the face of Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill their vacancies with job-ready candidates. Develop new business by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending bold emails – whatever it takes to get noticed and get results. Build relationships with employers and understand what makes them tick so you can match them with the right candidate. Help customers shine by prepping them for interviews and supporting them to build confidence. Deliver on performance targets – and enjoy celebrating every win, big or small! Work closely with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies.Why type of candidate are we looking for?
